Do I Need To Open An Account?

Simply e-mail us at for a no obligation quotation. Alternatively,  you can either place your order on-line and pay for your delivery or open an account and benefit from monthly invoicing. You can pay for your invoice via Bank Transfer, BACS, Paypal or Direct Debit. 

Can I cancel or amend my order?

You can cancel or amend you order at anytime, we would just welcome a few days notice in order to prevent any food waste. 

Where Do You Deliver?

We deliver our office fruit, groceries, snacks and office milk on a national basis.

Do You Offer Discounts

We aim to be competitive as possible, whilst paying a fair price to all of our stakeholders. We can often offer significant discounts on larger orders or multiple office fruit boxes delivered to the same location.

What Fruit Can I Expect In A Delivery?

Hand selected Grade Green and Red Apples, Bananas, Plums or Peaches, Pears, Easy Peel Citrus ( Satsumas, Clementines, Nadorcott ) – 50 Pieces of Fruit. Choose from our Favourites or Seasonal Mixes

What Time Do Deliveries Arrive?

Most deliveries arrive between 8.00am and 10.00am and are guaranteed to arrive before midday ( excluding our Next Day options )  

What delivery days and frequency can the fruit be delivered?

Fruit can be delivered on any day, or combination of days Monday to Friday.  Choose from either a recurring daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly order. 

Can I Set Up A Regular Order?

Of course, simply open an account with us and we can deliver daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. 

Do You Just Deliver To Offices?

We do only deliver to businesses and corporate customers. We do not presently deliver to homes with the exception of our gifts and care packages. 

Can You Deliver Corporate Fruit Boxes?

Yes of course. 


All of our fruit is packed in an environment that handles nuts and other allergens. Please wash fruit before eating.

Why don’t you use wicker fruit baskets?

Wicker fruit baskets can be hard to clean and therefore we are unable to provide them in a safe and hygienic manner as they would need to be re-used between customers and can get very dirty and suffer damage which can harbour germs. 

Office Milk Deliveries

Do you do glass bottle milk deliveries? 

We offer choice of packaging including re-usable glass, poly bottles and cardboard and plastic milk pergals. 

Do you supply non-dairy alternatives?

Yes, we offer a range of non-dairy alternatives including favourites such as Soya and Almond. 


Can you supply all of the groceries I need for my office?

Eatfruit supplies a full range of office essentials including fruit, milk, healthy snacks, tea, coffee, sugar and breakfast items. 
Can I have all my grocery deliveries on the same invoice?
 Yes, we can add all items to your monthly invoice. If you have multiple sites we can invoice at site level or group level. 
Do you sell Tea, Coffee and Other drinks?
We source and supply a wide range of drinks for the workplace ranging from favourites such as PG Tips to sustainably sourced, great taste award winning Jaspers Coffee. 

How do I pay?

Invoices are sent every 4 weeks in arrears. These can be paid via Bank Transfer, Paypal or Card.
